【中正獨裁佗位去 13】艾蒂兒·布洛赫-鮑爾肖像一號（Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I）

本次講的不是遺跡，而是一幅畫的故事。

《艾蒂兒·布洛赫-鮑爾肖像一號》是新藝術派奧地利畫家，克林姆（Gustav Klimt）於1907年替猶太富商布洛赫-鮑爾之妻所繪製的作品。二次戰爭時，猶太人大量受納粹迫害。奧地利尚未淪陷前，不少奧籍猶太人以為國家大門會為了人民生命，拒絕納粹入侵，然而，過不了多久，奧地利人所迎接的納粹軍隊，便昂首闊步於通往奧國殿堂的石板道路。

猶太人開始被舉報、被抓、被處決。最終他們發現，外來政權並不令人畏懼，恐怖的，是昔日的街坊鄰居，那背叛你時的表情。

擁有原罪般猶太人血液的布洛赫-鮑爾一家，當然也無法免於被抄家的命運。《艾蒂兒·布洛赫-鮑爾肖像一號》因此落入納粹手中。當時，許多猶太人的藝術藏品，多被納粹搶奪後納為私用，你可能會在某場酒會發現，猶太人的項鍊，被戴在了納粹軍官妻子白皙而美麗的脖子上。

幸運的是，《艾蒂兒·布洛赫-鮑爾肖像一號》因太過引人注目而被安置在奧地利維也納的美景宮美術館（Österreichische Galerie Belvedere）裡，然而，納粹戰敗後，這幅畫並沒有物歸原主，而是持續成為奧地利這個國家的財產和驕傲。

2000年，倖存的布洛赫-鮑爾遺族、已逃往美國的瑪麗亞（Maria Altmann）為了奪回《艾蒂兒·布洛赫-鮑爾肖像一號》，與奧地利政府開始進行長達6年的訴訟並取得勝利，最後，這幅畫以1億3500萬美元賣出，收藏於紐約市藝廊裡。這個跨國轟動的案件，也被拍成了電影－《名畫的控訴》。

現任政府繼承上任政權搶奪的私產，最後應該是國產？還是物歸原主？
